Payment is $25-30/hour. We will certify and train you! After 20 years of teaching and mentoring kids and teens, we are the best and most talented skate park lesson network in Northern California.

We connect you to kids who want to learn and understand how to use the skate park!

When?

Schedule lessons around your schedule. Many people do this as a part-time job while going to school or as a way to give back to the community for all the good times they’ve had at the skate park. You can easily schedule lessons throughout the week or weekend at your local skate park. We find that most lessons are typically taught on the weekend mornings when the skate park is empty and easiest to teach.

Where?

We operate out of public skate parks throughout Northern California. If hired, you will meet your student at a local skate park for the lesson, please choose the park that is best suited for teaching and demonstrating safely. If you saw an ad, it means we are looking to expand our lessons and help kids at your local park.

Or Do Lessons Locally For Us:

Must have 10 years of experience skateboarding, BMXing, or Scootering
Must be at least 16 years old
Must have transportation and cell phone
What About Liability? Skate Park Lessons has created liability waivers that all parents and clients fill out and sign before their first lesson. It is extremely difficult for instructors to be liable. As an additional safety precaution, helmets are mandatory during all lessons. We advise clients to bring protective pads, as well as taking them through basic safety lessons and demonstrations. We ensure all of our instructors are advanced riders and have advanced knowledge in teaching as well.
How Do I Get Paid? No waiting for checks. Payment is quickly sent through PayPal or Venmo and notifies you via email.
