*If a lesson is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, the client will be charged unless the instructor agrees to the change. This includes changing the time or the day of the lesson. We request that clients provide notice asap as a courtesy for our instructors and so they have time to fill the empty time slot. Thank you :-)
Do you give group lessons?
Yes, Each additional student is $20 extra.
Will you travel to my house?
No, we get booked up fast and schedule lessons back to back at your local skate park to save time and teach as many kids as possible.
Do you provide Helmet and Pads?
No, Please bring your own quality CPSC certified helmet and safety gear. We recommend 187 pads for kids and adults.
Do you rent skateboards?
Yes, but only if available, and we would rather you bring your own board, bike, or scooter and help you learn to use it. Please let us know what we can do to help.
Where do I get my equipment?
Local skate shops or Amazon if no local shops. Call ahead to see what they have in stock.
Where do you normally teach?
We provide lesson programs at local skate parks and recreation communities.
What kind of shoes?
Vulcanized flat soled suede shoes work best for enhanced board feel, pedal grip, and deck feel.
What’s the youngest age you teach?
Typically 5 years old is the youngest we teach.
Do I need to wear pads? What kind?
CPSC rated helmets are mandatory during lessons and safety pads are highly encouraged. We always recommend quality skateboard pad brands like: 187 killer pads, Protec, and Triple 8. Most companies make youth sizes as well.
Do you have summer camps?
Yes, we run some awesome summer camps each year and share photos of the camps on our site.
